Patna: Undertrial detainees, identified as guided by Rai, 21, was stabbed to death in Phulwarisharif prison in Patna on Monday.
The deceased owned by Khabekalan at Patna City.
Other detainees were identified as Mohammad Munna from Belagganj in the style district, also suffered an injury in the incident.
The incident was declared as the impact of the fighting quarrel taking water from the handpump near the final number 2 toilet on Saturday.
However, the problem was resolved after the intervention of prison supervisors on Sunday.
But Munna, who faced charges of murder, attacked guides with scissors around 9am on Monday when he returned to his ware after buying ‘Litti-Chokha’ from the kiosk in prison.
Guide the injured rushed to PMCH where he was declared dead.
Munna, who received an injury in riot, was being treated at a prison hospital.
Senior officials of the prison department visited prison and asked about the incident.
The official officers of the Airport Police Station, Arun Kumar, said that blood scissors used in crime were confiscated and will be sent to the Forensic Laboratory.
The deceased had received an injury in his stomach and neck, causing his death.
The defendant was controlled by a fellow prisoner, who told the prison, Lal Babu, about the incident.
Relaping relatives, who reached PMCH, blamed the prison government for his murder.
His father Typhoon Rai expressed a surprise for recovery of scissors in prison.
“If the prison authorities followed Manual Prison, my son would live,” he told reporters outside PMCH.
Brother led him, Lalan Kumar said the deceased survived by his wife and a one-year-old son, Ankush.
His wife was declared pregnant.
When contacted, Jailor Lal Babu said the scissors were used to make masks by prisoners in prison.
“The case was examined by officials,” he added.
Referring to the incident, the prison said Munna and guided had clashed on Saturday.
“This is probably the main reason behind the incident Monday,” he said.
