Patna: With the intention of increasing security for female passengers, the ‘Meri Saheli’ team has been deployed at 19 stations under the Jurisdiction of the East Railroad Center (ECR).
According to S Maukank, Chairman of the Security Commissioner-Cum-IG from the Train Protection Force (RPF), ‘Meri Saheli’ was placed in Junction Patna, Junction Danapur, Terminal Rajendra Nagar, Patliputra Junction (All Division Danapur), PT Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Junction, Junction style (both under Division of PT Deen Dayal Upadhyaya), Sonpur Junction, Junction Hajipur, Junction Muzaffarpur, Barakarai Station, Station Begusarai, Junction Khagaria, Junction Mansi), Junction Samastipur, Darbhanga Junction (both under the Samastipur division), Dhanbad Junction , Koderma Junction, Barkakana Junction, and Gomoh Junction (all under the Dhanbad Division).
