Patna: Unknown bicycle criminals were fired by Jaglal Choudhary alias Jaggu (40) when he stood near his residence in Gur Ki Bathing, under the Alamgaj police station on Patna City around midnight on Thursday.
On Friday night, the police arrested two people identified as Narayan Bind (34) and neighbors Jitendra Kumar (35), because of their alleged involvement in murder.
They are also residents of Gud Ki bathing.
The police were very suspicious that Choudhary was shot dead to take revenge for the murder of Bind’s little nephew where he was accused of first.
Patna City SDPO Amit Sharan said that Narayan and Jitendra were among the seven people who had been made named accused of being submitted by Choudhary’s wife who was killed with the Alamgaj police station.
Sharan said the murder was the fall between Tie and Choudhary which lasted for the past two years after the murder of his nephew.
“Three criminals on the bike reached near Choudhary.
They opened several rounds.
One bullet was pumped in the chest while three more was shot at the temple from a close range by the criminals.
He died directly in a place while the shooter immediately fled,” he said.
Sharan said that Choudhary was arrested and sent to prison in 2019 and then came out with a guarantee last year in the murder case.
Alamgaj police station, Sudhir Kumar said that 14-year-old 14-year-old nephew was killed near a waters in the bath two years ago.
“At that time, the boy’s family and the locals had caught Choudhary from near the place killed and had trimmed it brutally.
It was at his confession that the body recovered.
Overall three people including Choudhary were arrested in the case,” he said.
Sho Kumar said the Slain Choudhary’s wife had submitted a murder attempt to struggle.
“Bind wants to take revenge for the murder of his nephew.
He finally killed him.
Kumar supports him in hatching conspiracies and hiring killers.
They are currently interrogated,” he said.
Sho said that the body was handed over to the family to cremate after post-mortem in Nalanda Medical College and hospital.
He said the raid continuously would arrest other people accuse people.
