Patna: Three alley gangs are declared dangerous

Patna: The district government has installed a ‘Ghat Dangerous’ board at the entrance of LCT Ghat, forbid Ghat and Pahalwan Ghat after Inspection Introduction by Patna DM Chandra Shekhar Singh with an officials of the Department of Water Resources (WRD).
DM says around 20-22 Ghats is declared dangerous every year due to increased surface of the water, swamp and soil erosion.
“During the inspection, we found that three Ghats were not suitable for Chhat rituals because the land of the swamp and too much mud.
List of harmful Ghats will be released on Monday after getting a report from the WRD executive.
Other inspection rounds will be carried out before declaring a list of Final Ghats dangerous at 5 November, “he told this newspaper on Sunday.
Singh said worshipers would not be allowed to visit Ghats dangerous or not safe for the Puja Chhath.
In addition to the right barricades along with a signboard that informs the worshipers, security personnel will be deployed to Ghats to limit people.
The celebration of Chhath will begin with Nahay-Khay on November 8, followed by ‘Kharna’ on November 9 and night ‘Arghya’ to Sun God the next day.
The Chhath celebration will conclude on November 11 with the ‘Arghya’ morning.
DM said 48 pools and 92 Ghats were being cleaned in the city area.
“A total of 95 rooms control and 131 additional control rooms and watch towers will be arranged for VRATIS CHHATH security during rituals.
The provisions are being made to establish five temporary hospitals, 161 toilets and 265 urinals.
About 95 medical teams and 28 ambulances will become representatives on Ganga Ghats, “he said.
In addition to barricades, settings are made for set generators, electricity supply, signage, public address system, dressing room, drinking water, cellular medical team, NDRF and SDRF personnel.
Local divers will also be near the embankment.
DM visited Patna Zoo, BMP-5, Anisabad Pond and Kachi Talab in Gardanibagh to review preparations for CHHAT.
Directions DMD to DMS: Secretary of the State Disaster Management Department Sanjay Kumar Agarwal has issued instructions to all DM to make special arrangements for the safety of worshipers and their family members in the pool and Ghats.
Agarwal says Ghats and the pool must be battered with the right signs.
“Security forces, judges, police and other volunteers must be at all Ghats.
The paramedic team, along with a doctor, must be used to ensure the medical settings needed in Ghats,” he said, adding that the setting must also be made for ambulances in Ghats as needed.
“Room controls will be operated without disconnection in Ghats.
All important telephone numbers must be available in the control room so that information can be provided immediately to the district control room and the country’s emergency operation center in Patna.
Private boats will be banned,” Help.
Agarwal also said there would be a complete ban on sales and firecrackers from November 8 to November 11 on the banks of the river and path approach.
