Patna: In the midst of increasing security arrangements for Durga Puja in the city, two bicycle criminals borne by a woman in front of her residence behind the pushpanjali apartment in Ram Nagri Sector-III in Ashiana Nagar under Rajiv Nagar Police Night.
The injured woman has been identified as Aarti Devi aka Mona, 34.
Police said he had been in the modeling industry for the past half a year.
They said Aarti had also become a finalist on the last state-level fashion show.
The woman with her family lives in rent at a home one of Umesh.
Rajiv Nagar Police Station Sho Saroj Kumar said his condition was stable.
“He had experienced a bullet injury at his waist from behind.
He and his 11-year-old daughter had just returned from a temple after Ashtami Puja when the incident occurred,” he said.
Kumar said her husband, Suman Kumar, had a business of photostat equipment and toner ink.
Her husband was in the room while Princess Aarti had opened the gate so she could park two-wheeled vehicles inside when criminals shot from behind.
“A 7.65mm empty cartridge recovered from the place,” he said.
Sho said Suman had submitted brilliantly against unknown people in connection with the incident.
“He can’t say anything about the reason behind the incident.
Aarti hasn’t been questioned.
Nothing has emerged so far,” he said.
Kumar said the incident might be associated with his professional life.
He said medium and police investigations were looking for CCTV camera backup to identify criminals.
