Patnekar faces a difficult battle when he observes the fourth term

Considered the BJP camp, Bicholim expected a triangle witness to fight in the election of this month between the Kunyit Party, MGP and other independent candidates.
Bicholim MLA and Parliament’s Goa Speaker Rajesh Pathnekar has represented a constituency since 2002, except in 2012 when he quit the party, it was contested as a candidate for Congress and lost.
Patnekar has won three assembly elections so far.
Should he win for the fourth time and BJP formed the government, he was set to get a place of minister.
The Bicholim MLA has decided not to contest this time with health reasons and delivered his decision for the party.
BJP approached Naresh Sawal, fighting in MGP tickets, and independent candidates Dr.
Chandrakant Shetye, both refused the offer.
Time with a suitable candidate, Minister of Pramod Sawant and BJP State President Sadanand Shet Tanawade believes Patnekar to change his mind, promises him the cabinet dock in the next government.
Even though Bicholim became a BJP camp, Patnekar now has a battle in his hand.
Besides Patnekar, Sawal and Shetye, there are Meghashyam Raut (Congress) and Anish rose (revolutionary goans).
Patnekar, Shetye and Sawal are strong competitors and battles are likely to end in completing close.
The Bicholim Constitution consists of the Board and Panchayat of Mulgao, Advalpal, Speaking-Dhumashe, SAL and Lat3Cem Municipal Bicholim.
Constituents are disturbed by various problems, with a large unemployment of one creature.
The closure of mining activities has further worsened the problem as the majority of the population is directly or indirectly related to the mining industry.
Of the 10,000 government work advertised, the amount overlooked the youth of the constituent gets chosen.
Constituents also have one of the oldest industrial areas left behind in a truly neglected state.
With almost no support, the existing industry also closes the store.
The project was only notified by Latambacem the industrial area has also failed to take off, although then Minister Manohar Parragar convinced the DPR that it will operate June 2018.

The lack of parking facilities is the main problem also which is especially seen during the market day on Wednesday.
Floods from lowland areas during the rainy season are other concerns, while the problems of wild livestock and wild dogs refuse to leave.
After MLA for three things, Patnekar knows the constituents well.
The only thing when he lost was in 2012 against the Sawal, which was contested as an independent candidate.
After losing with only 666 people as MGP candidates in 2017, Sawal now renewed its competition with MLA, while the presence of the Independent Prospective Dr Shetye cannot be ignored.
The second Sawwal and Shetye were launched their election campaigns both in advance.
Only recently that Patnekar began his campaign from the door to the door.
Supporters of the three leading candidates are busy everywhere, including social media pages, trying to attract many voters they can.
In this tight battle, they know every vote count.
