MUMBAI: NCP supremo Sharad Pawar has ensured hoteliers and merchants of a favorable conclusion shortly by the state authorities over their requirement for expanding daily operating hours.
Based on AHAR, an association of pubs and pubs, and FRTWA, a federation of merchants’ institutions, Pawar has talked to concerned governments such as main minister Uddhav Thackeray within the matter.
The reports indicate that following his discussions with Pawar, the principal minister has convened a high level assembly of this job force, civil commissioner, police commissioner and other stakeholders on Tuesday to choose the requirement for expanding the current 4 pm deadline for pubs, pubs and merchants.
Depending on the results of the assembly a suitable choice is very likely to be removed, sources said.
