Hours after Pune City Congress Comment-Bearers filed a complaint at the Shivaji Nagar Police Station on Wednesday against the actress and former contestant ‘Big Boss’ of Payal Rohatgi for allegedly made a statement insulting to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and family members Nehru-Gandhi, he firmly denied the lawyer his involvement in recent activities.
According to FIR, the actress was allegedly uploaded the video to slander Nehru and Indira and Rajiv Gandhi in his social media handle.
Rohatgi had previously been detained in Rajasthan in 2019 at the same cost.
In a video statement, lawyer Rohatgi said: “Since morning there is news in the media about my client’s Payal Rohatgi.
We don’t have information or notifications related to FIR.”
Commenting on videos reported in the media, Saboo said it could become a video of 2019, and there were cases that occurred in the Bundi Court (Rajasthan).
It’s in the trial stage.
He also showed that in the past year Twitter and his client’s Facebook account was inactive.
“From the last video until now, he hasn’t made a controversial video, or post any video,” Saboo clarified.
