New Delhi: Paytm Digital Payment Company has allocated Rs 50 Crore to launch a Cashback program for consumers and traders to celebrate six-year digital India, the company said on Friday.
Under the offer, Paytm has announced cashback for traders and consumers in India, for each transaction done through the Paytm application.
The program will be launched in 200 districts throughout the country with special drives in Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
Digital payment companies say that traders throughout the country have played an important role in this regard by accepting various digital payment methods and being part of the Paytm community.
“The company conducts Rs 50 Crore for this year’s program that will lift more than 2 crore traders who use Paytm in their daily lives,” said the company in a statement.
Traders with most transactions made through the Paytm application before Diwali, will be rewarded with the certificate to become the top trader and will also receive a free soundbox, IoT device, and many of these prizes.
Customers, which scan the Paytm QR code in the store to pay through the PayTM application, will receive cashback on each transaction, the statement said.

Paytm will also offer soundboxes, audio devices from companies that tell about transaction status, With a 50 percent discount through Paytm for its business application for merchants who qualified.
