Police have captured Yesu, 52, from Valparai on September 17 because they have 1kg marijuana for sales.
He was returned in Jadicial custody and was submitted in the Ceimbatore Center Prison.
Yesu has sold marijuana to tea plantation workers and Valparai Youth and face cases in the Kadamparai police limit.
