New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday searched for a response from the center and the West Bengal government in the request to challenge the determination of the investigation commission by the state to investigate the accusation of Pegasus peeking.
The bench led by the Chairman of the NV Ramana judge issued a notification to the center and the West Bengal government on the request and posted him to hear on August 25.
Advocates Saurabh Mishra, appeared for the Petitioner, told the bench that they had challenged the notification issued by the Government of the State of the State of the State of the Investigation Commission on the basis of jurisdiction.
“We will issue a notice,” Bench, also consisted of Judge Surya Kant and Aniruddha Bose, said.
Former Judge of the Supreme Court Justice Madan B and former Chief Justice Chief Justice Jyotirmay Bhattacharya was a member of the investigation commission announced by the West Bengal Government last month.
