Jaipur: The Rajasthan High Court issued a warrant that was responded to against the defendant in the case of Lynching Pehlu Khan on Monday.
Warrants have been issued to six accused of being released in this case by the Alwar session on August 14, 2019, giving them the benefits of doubts based on police investigations.
Those released by the court session were Vipin Yadav, Kalu Ram, Dayanand, Ravindra Kumar, Yogesh Kumar and Bheem Rathi.
Three of the nine were accused of being minors.
The government and the Family of the Pehlu Khan’s son has appealed the release.
The bench of the Justice Supervisory Division of Bardhar and Justice Vijay Vishnii issued a warrant to secure their presence in a court that could be returned within eight weeks.
Khan, 55, and his sons transported cattle, after buying them from farms in Jaipur, to their home town, Noah in Haryana, when they were near Behror with a stylish cow cage and was beaten on charges of smuggling livestock.

Khan died of a hospital injury after two days.
