Pehlu Khan Lynching: Raj HC promised to accuse being accused

Jaipur: The Rajasthan High Court issued a warrant that was responded to against the defendant in the case of Lynching Pehlu Khan on Monday.
Warrants have been issued to six accused of being released in this case by the Alwar session on August 14, 2019, giving them the benefits of doubts based on police investigations.
Those released by the court session were Vipin Yadav, Kalu Ram, Dayanand, Ravindra Kumar, Yogesh Kumar and Bheem Rathi.
Three of the nine were accused of being minors.
The government and the Family of the Pehlu Khan’s son has appealed the release.
The bench of the Justice Supervisory Division of Bardhar and Justice Vijay Vishnii issued a warrant to secure their presence in a court that could be returned within eight weeks.
Khan, 55, and his sons transported cattle, after buying them from farms in Jaipur, to their home town, Noah in Haryana, when they were near Behror with a stylish cow cage and was beaten on charges of smuggling livestock.
.
Khan died of a hospital injury after two days.
The Adj court decided that video recording from events that became viral on social media cannot be treated as evidence that can be accepted with the absence of its certification by the Forensic Science Laboratory.
In addition, Khan’s children reportedly could not identify defendants and prosecution could not prove that they were seen in the video.
The court also found contradictions in the cause of death as caused by a heart attack and injury caused by a heart attack.
The man who recorded a video on his cellphone did not testify, which created doubts about the identity of the defendant.
After registering a murder case, the police have also submitted a cattle smuggling case against Khan, his sons and other friends.
After liberation, the chairman of the Ashok Minister Gehlot accused the BJP government for late investigation.
He called for an appeal against a low court decision in the High Court.
The state government established a special investigation team (sitting) to look into police deviations in the investigation and decided to pursue cases in the High Court.
The State Assembly also issued a bill on Lynching carts on August 5, 2019, making Rajasthan second state after Manipur has a special law crimified by special violations.
But it is still delayed by the governor.
