Gurgaon: The State Town and Planning Department (DTCP) has served a notification of performances to Ocean Seven Buildtech (OSB) because it does not complete an affordable housing project and internal development work in four years.
In the notification, the department has directed the builder to give a reply within seven days, which action fails to be taken against it.

The developer initially promised ownership in May 2021 but the construction stopped about 18 months back.
In the notification, the department observed that the builder failed to complete the work of internal development and construction of community buildings within four years and the rate of construction was not in accordance with the norms.
According to home buyers, due to the project launch in 2016, only 50% of the work was completed.
The units at first should be prepared in May this year, but the deadline was extended until November 2021 and then extended until June 2022.
Recently, the developer representatives met around 150 buyers home projects at the construction site but made them further.

According to the notification, the builder failed to complete internal development work within 4 years of the license grant.
He also failed to build all community buildings within the time determined by the DTCP from the date of license.
