People can deposit small Vinayaka idols in temples: TN in HC

Chennai: The Tamil Nadu government has told Madras High Court that the restrictions on Vinayagar Chathurthi celebrations have been charged only based on the Instruction of United States at Covid-19 view.
However, small temples will remain open and worship idols will be collected by the staff of the Department of Religion and Hindu charity and will sink in a water body in a manner, he said on Monday.
“Guidelines in this matter have been issued by the Trade Government.

The release explains even though placing idols and worshiping in public places is completely prohibited for the organization, it can only be done by individuals in their homes.
