Salem: The Periyar University Salem has pocketed a second place with A ++ in the All India (National Assessment and Accreditation Board).
Vice Chancellor Varsity R Jagannathan said on Tuesday, with a score of 3.61 of 4, Periyar University had secured the first place in the state and second place at the national level among the state of the state government.
“This is the first time the university reaches the coveted top position,” he said.
