Visakhapatnam: Minister of Petroleum and Gas Rameswar Teli said that the development of the permanent campus of the Institute of Petroleum and Energy India (IIPE) in Visakhapatnam will take place so the delayed court case will be resolved.
He told the parliament in the query appointed by YSRCP MP V Vijayasai Reddy, saying that IRE currently functions from rented accommodation provided by the University of Andhra.
Keep in mind that the AP government has allocated 201.80 hectares of land in February 2019 and also submitted 175.74 hectares for IIPE.
The remaining 26.06 hectares of land have not been submitted to Iipe because of the court case.
Construction work for the boundary wall around the ground was handed over to IIPE ongoing through Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC).
