Persecuted by Father, accusing a teenager; Sister ‘Thrashed’ said

Gurgaon: A man has been ordered for allegedly persecuting teenage daughters and attacking him under the influence of alcohol.
The 17-year-old girl and her sister, who was around 14 years old, used to live in a rented house in Khandsa with their father.
The girls lost their mother a few years ago.
In February this year, their father, who worked as a security guard in a housing community, returned to his original place above and left them with relatives who lived in the same environment.
When the man returned in March, his daughter refused to return with him.
They insisted on staying with the relatives, after their father filed a case against the last, accused him of keeping hostages and attacking them sexually.
However, during the investigation, the girls accused that their father was not angry and often used to publish it.
In the direction of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC), the Sisters were shifted to the Child Care Institute (CCI) in Badshapur.
They underwent several counseling rounds.
Initially, they only talked about the alleged physical and alcoholism of their father.
Only on Monday that the elder daughter of the man told a member of the CWC that he had been persecuted by him.
“From the start, we doubted that it was a case of sexual violence, but the girl did not talk about it.
We tried to first make it comfortable so she would open.
After many rounds of counseling, she revealed she had been persecuted by him,” said a member of the CWC.
On the basis of complaints, a case was registered against the man on Tuesday in the 10 police station sector under Section 10 (sexual violence) of the Pocso Law and Section 75 (cruelty to children) of the Youth Justice Act.
“We tried to accuse the defendant,” Subhash Benek police spokesman said.
