Pharma Company owner Detained in Remdesivir Instance

CHENNAI: A personal pharmaceutical firm’s proprietor was detained for allegedly attempting to market Remdesivir from the black market at Chennai on Monday. A police group captured at 30 Remdesivir medications from his ownership. The accused was identified as Alpha Senguttuvan, 34. The civil provides CID officials seen his company SGN Pharmaceuticals at Villivakkam. Even a policeman approached the business as a possible client. Following a round of discussions, Senguttuvan and also the policeman struck a deal to market one Remdesivir vial for Rs 18,000. Observing this, a group of police officials entered the company and detained Senguttuvan. The group inspected the company’s premises and captured 30 Remdesivir vials. The group later handed him Villivakkam police station together with the captured vials. He had been remanded in custody after being made before a magistrate court in town on Monday.
