Administration has started actions against mangni based on video, which becomes viral on Sunday, where it looks negotiating with someone to sell false vaccination certificates to around 65 migrant workers each Rs 500.
Yadav says Prima Facie accusations that are flattened against Mangni seems to be true .
“We tried to track kakipan and I have directed the district health department to carry out a thorough investigation and ensure the number of people who have received a fake certificate,” he added.
Highlighting the Defendant’s Operandi mode, said Yadav, “Mangani is used to change the details of the Bonafide recipient in a certificate by editing other names and credentials and issuing certificates to others.
By buying a fake certificate like that, many mislead the administration by claiming that they are vaccinated.
