NEW DELHI: Taking a jibe in the central authorities for the continuing increase in gas costs, Congress chief Rahul Gandhi on Sunday named it a”PhD in taxation retrieval”.
Gandhi tweeted that his comment and also shared a newspaper article from Hindi using the headline”The government has made more from petrol-diesel than it did against the income and company taxation.” The fuel costs, after staying steady for per day, improved again now.
Petrol prices have crossed the Rs 100 a litre mark in many cities while at others it’s extremely near it.
Bhopal has the greatest costs at current with gas at Rs 105.43 a litre and diesel at Rs 96.65 a litre, followed by Mumbai with costs of gas and diesel at Rs 103.36 and Rs 95.44 each litre respectively.
Gas prices in Patna have been 99.28 and Rs 93.30 a litre for gasoline and diesel.
At the federal capital, Delhi gasoline prices now were 97.22 a litre, while gas was priced at Rs 87.97 each litre.
