Hyderabad: President of Telangana Congress and Malkajgiri MP A Revanth Reddy on Tuesday demanded the center of the investigation into the allegations of telephone tapping carried out by Tourism Minister Union Gishan Reddy to the Government TRS.
He said the Telangana Congress will arrange Chalo Raj Bhavan’s rally on Thursday demanding a probe by a shared parliamentary committee and investigation by the Supreme Court judge to Narendra Modi-LED Government NDA and tapping the cellphone Rahul Gandhi and others.
Memorandum will be handed over to the governor.
Revanth tried to remind that Kishan Reddy, who was the State Minister of Union at home in November 2020, has accused that the cellphone of several BJP leaders was tapped by the state government ahead of the election of Dubbak.
“When a union minister said that telephone tapping took place in the country, Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not respond.
Is that because the central government is worrying about the problem of reconnaissance and tapping the telephone will also be exposed?” Revanth said.
