Photo of Indian Journalists Denmark Siddiqui Killed in Afghan Clashes

New Delhi: Photo of Indian journalist who was the Danish Siddiqui award winner on Thursday was killed in a clash in Kandahar Afghanistan where he was embedded with security forces, Afghan Ambassador to India Farundzay said on Twitter.
“Very disturbed by sad news about the murder of a friend, Denmark Seddiqi in Kandahar last night.
Journalists & Indian Winners Prize Pulitzer Embedded with Afghan Security Forces.
I met him 2 weeks ago before his departure to Kabul.
His family’s condolences & Reuters,” Mamundzay tweeted on Friday.
