New Delhi: Photo of Ram Vilalas Ramwan Statue Installed at the Bungalow place in 12 Janpath in the capital, which was occupied by the founder of Lok Jansakti’s party until he died, appearing on social media on Monday, sparking speculation whether his family members would try to use accommodation with them .
The Ministry of Housing and Urban have passed the eviction command and asked the wife and Paswan’s son to empty the bungalow.
It has allocated a bungalow to the minister of new train, Ashwini Vaishnaw.
The source said one of the offices at the bungalow place said ‘Ram Vilas Paswan Smriti’ at the entrance, showed that his family had formed a leader of the LJP leader who lived in this bungalow for almost three decades.
Paswan’s son Chirag did not respond to a call or message from TOI.
Sources in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs said there was no change made in allotment after the last bungalow was allocated for Vaishnaw.
The minister of the train can shift to the bungalow, so chirag, mother and other family members emptied the house.
Officials say additional or change in every government accommodation is not allowed after allotment has been canceled.
Paswan died on October 8 because of a prolonged illness and a report that Chirag was interested in maintaining a bungalow until his father’s first birthday birthday.
Chirag, allocated accommodation in 23 North Avenue, can get a larger house after becoming the second MP.
However, he has no right to get a type-8 bungalow, the biggest.
Also, Bungalow 12 Janpath falls under the ‘General Pool’ category, which can be allocated by the Minister of Housing.
Being MP, Chirag can get a house under the pool of Sabha.
LJP split vertically recently with the remaining five parliamentarians who received uncle Pashupati Chirag Faras as their leader.
Despite being left alone, Chirag has done ‘Ashirwaad Yatra’ and has so far covered 26 districts in Bihar.
The source said according to the decision taken by the Union Cabinet in 2014, there was no possibility that the bungalow was changed to a warning.
