Srinagar: Almost a week after the former Hurriyat Chief Syed Ali Shah Geelani, a separatist conference of all parties Hurriyat on Tuesday handed over organizational control to the Bhat Nature, a suspected contents of Stooge who had had 27 criminal cases in its name.
Bhat, accused of triggering street violence in 2010 where nearly 120 people were killed in J & K, they had been arrested twice, the second time under the public security law.
His release from prison in March 2015 after the deceased Mufti Mohammad said being CM with BJP support has triggered controversy that echoed even in parliament.
He was immediately detained again.
