Chandigarh: The police on Tuesday used tear shells and water cannons to dissolve the teachers when they tried to solve the barricade placed on the Chandigarh-Mohali border in an effort to reach the official residence of Punjab CM in Chandigarh.
When a number of teachers protested, including women, tried to impose their way through barricades, Chandigarh police used water cannons and tear shells to prevent them from heading at CM.
