Kolkata: Explain the decision of the West Bengal School Education Council to reopen the institution from November 16 as “unscientific”, the pill was submitted before the Calcutta High Court on Monday sought the expert committee establishment to review the Covid-19 situation and provide recommendations needed for the Government in this problem.
