Ernest Hackins, an English bacteria, found the presence of bacteriophages at River Ganga in 1896.

The mission continued to the Ayush Ministry and the Director General, ICMR, but the paper was not considered because of the lack of scientific studies to validate claims.

Vijay Nath Mishra, Professor in the Neurology Department, Bhu approved scientific research and further clinical studies on the subject and theory.
In the petition, it was stated that the nasal spray was also prepared for the treatment of Coronavirus but permission for his clinical trial was waiting before the Ethics Committee, IMS, Bhu since the last seven months.

According to the Petitioner, ICMR has been made by the Government of India to do and find research for the treatment of diseases but ICMR in a row failed to release its duties by not conducting research on theory and hypothesis.
