The rape case has been registered against Bollywood producer Bhushan Kumar after he was accused of guessing to raping a 30-year-old woman.
According to reports, victims were misused with the pretext of getting a job at the manufacturer’s company.
Although there are no arrests made, the investigation is currently underway.

Back in 2018, in the midst of the #Metoo movement in the Bollywood film industry, Kumar was accused of sexual abuse by anonymous Twitter users.
In the tweet, the woman, an actress claimed that she was dropped from the film because she “refused to sleep with ‘boss’.”
The woman also accused that the manufacturer offered her a 3-film deal, when she saw “lots of potential.” He was finally directed to meet him in a bungalow in Versova and that he “looked for relationships involving work and pleasure.”
Tweet continued to declare that he made him an offer with the pretext of making it “a superstar.”
Kumar, then released a statement, denied the allegations of sexual abuse against him.
In his note, he claimed that the accusation of #Metoo was used as a tool for slandering his reputation.
“I was surprised and sad to know that my name was dragged in this #metoo by some anonymous people.
