Rajkot: Sikka Police from the Jamnagar District on Sunday filed a complaint against unknown people to post unpleasant content about Dr.
B Ambedkar with social media photos.
Police Sub-Inspector J D Parmar from Police Sikkar submitted a complaint under various parts of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) and information technology parts (IT) acting and launching the probe.
“We found a social media account Hajimusa @ Hajibhati786 on Instagram where photos of Babasaheb are changing describe it in women’s clothing along with content that is inappropriate posted with the intention to create riots between different communities,” said satisfaction.
“Especially it seems to be the result of work from several criminals even though we are still investigating,” said J D Parmar, PSI.
Police found the same content at Dr.
Ambedkar posted from two different social media accounts.
