Mumbai: Pune Police led by Amitabh Gupta on Wednesday issued round reconnaissance (LOC) to trace Prakash Gosavi, the main witness of the Narcotics Control Bureau in this case related to Raid on a cruise ship on October 2, confirmed to Ti Circular Lookout has been issued to track Gosavi, who faced several cases in Pune, Thane and Mumbai.
“We registered a violation of Gosavi at the Farataskhana police station on May 29, 2018.
Because he failed to appear before the police, the competent authority had issued a LOC against him,” Gupta said.
An IPS official said LOC was issued to track criminals who escaped and they wanted by the institutions that enforce the law.
“LOC is issued for the Ministry of Civil Aviation, which is entrusted with the task of entrusting the airport throughout the country so that the desired person does not run away,” the official said.
NCP spokesman and Minister of Nawab Malik have shown that two NCB witnesses are doubtful integrity.
