Pipeli Bypoll: 45.32% Voting recorded until 1:00 p.m.

Pipeli: Voting in the assembly of the pipeline by polls in Puri Odisha Regency so far peace with 45.32 percent from 1pm on Thursday, said Chief Electoral Officer S K Lohani.
There were no reports of the incident of Unward from the assembly segment, he said.
“Polls so far are truly peaceful.
People throw their voices by obeying Covid-19 guidelines.
Security personnel are present in all polling booths to ensure free and fair voting,” Lohani said.
The CEO said Mock Polling was held at 348 booth before the vote began at 7 in the morning.
However, polling in several cubicilics was postponed due to technical disruptions in the electronic voting machine, officials said.
Some people, most women, are seen standing in between the center of voting, where the sign has been drawn to the ground to allow voters to maintain social distance.
Polls will continue until 6 pm.
Administration has mobilized nearly 2,000 security personnel to ensure peaceful voting in the pipeline, which has the history of violence of polls.
While WebCasting is underway at 175 of the sensitive stands 201, video recording settings have been made in 12 booths.
Twenty-three micro observers are also appointed to monitor the voting process.
Nearly 2.30 Lakh’s voters will determine the fate of 10 candidates, including Rudrapratap Maharathy who is in power, Ashrit Pattnik from BJP and Commess Nominee Bishwokeshan HariChandan Mohapatra.
Everything has vote at each poll booth.
The selection of by-wrection was needed after the death of BJD Mla Pradeep Maharathy in October last year.
The sound will be counted on October 3.
