The leased company will do all the exercises from repairing machines to change spare parts as needed to run pants and process garbage.
From the financial estimate of Rs 6 Crore, Rs 3 Crore must be spent to regulate the factory and make it fully functional, including repair work and procurement of new machinery, parts etc.
AMD Annual Operations The project maintenance will be carried out in an estimated cost of RS 3 Crore.
“Only the first year of the project will cost around Rs 6 Crore.
Then, annual expenses will only be around RS 3 Crore, to be spent on O & M,” said a senior official.
“MC will not play any role to run a waste processing plant and it will be the responsibility of the company hired to process garbage according to guidelines, norms and procedures.
City corporation will only monitor carefully to ensure that everything goes well, This plant is fully functional and there is full processing of garbage.
The leased company will be responsible for all the work in the factory, “said a senior MC officer.
The company will make all arrangements such as employing labor, supervisory staff and other related labor.
