Places of worship reopen for worshipers on weekends, pictures of big braids on the first day

Coimbatore: Temple and mosque in the district recorded a significant depreciation on Friday, when the state government lifted a weekend ban to visit places of worship for the first time in several months.
With that day it was beneficial for Hindus and Muslims, they seemed happy with the government’s decision to choose the day to lift the ban.
The temples are almost crowded because it is a day for ‘Vidyambham’ – Ritual on Vijayadashami occasion to officially introduce children to the world of learning.
Children are guided to write the Tamil ‘A’ alphabet using their right-hand index finger.
Many parents resemble ayappan sidhapudur temple with their children for ‘vidyambham’.
The worshipers were also seen in large numbers at the SWAMY subromily Temple in Maruthamalai, Sri Vana Badrakaliamman Temple at Masaniamman Temple in Animalai.
“This is a common belief that if we start education or artform in Vijayadashami, it will cause success,” said S Vineeth, the old man who came with his three-year-old son.
Special prayer was held at the mosque on that day.
Mosque in Kotimedu, Athupalam, Townhall and Uppilipalayam recorded a big step.
The Puja session was held in many private schools in the city also by reading Shloka and newly accepted children made to write rice and rice granules.
That day also saw many city schools recognizing children to the entry level.
However, the response is lukewarm for the second year in a row because of a pandemic.
Mayadevi Shankar, President of State, All Associations of Private School Welfare, confirmed responses to the reception process badly.
“While the school will be reopened in November, skeptical parents pay fees that are afraid of closing other schools if there is a surge in Covid cases in the coming months.” N Geetha District Head Education Officer said 121 students were registered in government and the schools assisted on that day.
“The highest number of 78 students was treated in class I, while 22 students joined UKG and 21 LKG.”
