Gurgaon: Residents will soon be able to improve the promise to meet the MCG Commissioner on the portal developed by the Civic Agency to improve the complaint complaints system.
The time taken to complete the complaint will be repaired by the fallen category.
The Commissioner will directly send complaints to the relevant official after meeting with residents and copies will be marked by supervision.
Commissioner Mukesh Kumar Ahuja on Monday led a meeting with the Civic body IT official to discuss the project.
Residents after getting an appointment can meet the commissioner according to the schedule set by the Civic body.
An official said the portal to find promises would be user friendly.
“Residents must share their names, addresses, cellphone numbers, email addresses, and detailed complaints in the portal.
The Civic body will improve the period where the complaint will be resolved.
The complaint will be transferred to the part where the delayed file is stored, if the action is not taken in the way Taking time, “said an MCG official.
For example, complaints related to property tax will be immediately sent by Commissioners to Zonal Tax Officers.
This will help resolve complaints on time and the concerned must send a report taken action.
