Planning, capacity building for the next 6 months through a Covid package recently: Minister of Health Mandaviya

New Delhi: The Government has made adequate provisions for children’s care in all hospitals for carrying out measures of capacity building in a comprehensive plan for the next six months through the Emergency Emergency Response Package Covid-19 Covid-19 which has just been approved, Minister of Health Union Macaviya said on Monday.
He spoke at the virtual inauguration of two 1000 LPM (liters per minute) oxygen plants at Sir Takhtasinhji Hospital, Bhavnagar, which had been installed by Deendayal Port Trust at RS 2.53 Crore through his company’s social responsibility, A statement said.
“We have learned a lot of the second waves such as oxygen supply, hospital beds, and medicines.
We have now ensured adequate funds in each district to buy critical treatment medical requirements in an emergency,” said Mandaviya about Challenge Covid-19 sustainable.
He said the Union Cabinet recently approved the RS 23,000 Crore financial package for the Covid-19 emergency response where a comprehensive plan and capacity building for the next six months was being taken.
“We have made adequate provisions for child care in all hospitals to provide the most effective health care for children.
We also develop a buffer stock system at the state and central level which can be used if there is a health crisis,” he said.

Repeating the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the country, Mandaviya said India worked at the Spirit of Lok-Bhagidari through the approach “throughout society” to keep himself safe from Covid-19, the statement said.
“This is proof of cooperation merely among different stakeholders from the public and private sectors that we increase our oxygen capacity which is only 4,000 mt (metric tons) to more than 12,000 mt in a short time span,” he said.
Mandaviya inaugurated two PSA factories in front of Sarbanou Sonowal, Union ministers for ports, shipping and waterways.
Along with two oxygen generating plants, copper piping networks and related facilities such as fire extinguisher and automatic oxygen source transmitter systems are also inaugurated, the statement said.
The installed PSA oxygen generator unit has a capacity of 1,000 LPM (liter per minute) respectively, which is 60,000 liters / hour at a pressure of 5-6 stems of each unit of 1.20,000 liters / hour, which can be used for the treatment of Covid -19 and other patients, the statement said.
The system will ensure smooth and sustainable oxygen supply to the hospital, the statement said.
The PSA unit produces pure oxygen with the continuous process of the adsorption of pressure swings and desorption methods through molecular oxygen filters imported in pressurized and not pressurized in the unit and ultimately provide a minimum oxygen of 93 percent, the statement said.
