Gurgaon: Residents of DLF New Town Heights in Sector 86 have raised concerns over the quality of poor building construction in the community.
They claimed that it had become very unsafe to move around the Highrise Tower because the plaster continued to fall from the balcony ceiling.

They accused that even though there were several complaints, the developer did not want to overcome this problem.
Vikram Dhawan, a community, said, “There were several incidents where residents had close shirks.
A few months ago, the plaster had fallen in my car during a storm, which caused severe damage.
Likewise, last night there was a plaster incident that fell on One of the balconies, fortunately no one was injured.
Initially, Builder was fixing when we complained but now, they didn’t even respond to us.
Construction quality is very bad.
“Meanwhile, representatives of the developers denied claims and maintaining that such events rarely occurred and Not ordinary.
“Sunday incidents are small because a small portion of plaster falls on the balcony.
We have approached our construction team to investigate and find out the reason why plaster came,” the official said.
Naveen Khattar, a member of the Work Committee, said, “In January, the election of the body of the residents was carried out.
