NEW DELHI: A mom of a pupil has approached the Delhi High Court for issuance of coverage for announcing that the pupils as”pass” that are enrolled in the Secondary School Certificate Examination.
The petitioner mum Payal Behl, who’s a practicing attorney, filed that her daughter had been registered as a personal candidate to the Secondary School Certificate Examination, Class X Examination 2020 as conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).

The attorney filed that CBSE hasn’t issued any notification concerning the coverage for those results and marks to its personal pupils that aren’t registered or connected to the colleges.
The Bench of Justice Prateek Jalan on Friday sought a reply in the CBSE and also listed the issue for July 29 to get Additional hearing.
The petitioner alleged that the Central Board of Secondary Education’s approach towards the pupils that are independently enrolled in the Secondary School Certificate Examination i.e.
Class X Examination is”prima facie violative of this Article 14 of the Constitution of India.
It was submitted that the pupils that are independently enrolled are being deprived of the equal chance of moving with additional instruction.
“The Central Board of Secondary Education can be obligation boundaries towards the pupils that are independently registered in the’Secondary School Certificate Examination i.e.
Class X Examination below the Doctrine of Legitimate Expectation and responsibilities of this State’s promissory estoppel,” the prosecution stated.
