Justice Rekha Palli requested the Delhi authorities and the registrar general of this large court to file status reports concerning the problems raised in the request related to the situation filing procedure at the courts.
Petitioner Abhijit Mishra, a monetary economist, informed the courtroom the Delhi High Court gets the ideal internet filing method and the exact same ought to be replicated from the district courts also.
Justice Palli explained a number of the problems raised by Mishra within his plea were both right and had to be considered.
The court requested the high court registrar overall and Delhi authorities to document their status reports prior to the next date of hearing on July 16.
