Greater Noida: Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) has filed a police complaint against real estate agents who have tried to sell a plot of Yamuna’s freeway by cashing at Noida airport and other infrastructure projects that appear in the region.
Officials say most advertisements offer land notified to Yeida at the runaway level posted on social media and attract buyers from afar and extensive.
On Thursday, Yeida handed over the screens’ screens to the police and asked the buyer not to fall in love with high claims.
“From the moment the Noida Airport project has earned steps, some real estate agents have been active on YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook.
They have lured buyers by offering housing and industrial plots at the level of setbacks in the Jewar area.
We advise people to visit our website for Knowing the true status of the scheme rather than falling prey of illegal claims by brokers and real estate agents, “said Arun VIR Singh, CEO Yeida.
Officials say some ads also have a Yeida logo on them.
“A man has installed a Facebook post to suggest he sells plots of authority.
The money required ranges from Rs 5,000 and Rs 1 Lakh,” an official said.
As a land along the Yamuna freeway and in 96 villages in the ball and Greater Noida was told under Yeida, there was no room for a private scheme – whether it was industrial or housing – in the region.
The reserve rate of the industrial plot in Yeida is Rs 6,670 per SQMT at this time.
However, soil sharks have offered a plot of cheap land rates.
UB Singh, the house of the house of the police station office officer, “We have taken action against some of these agents.
There is no personal plot scheme that is permitted to the land notified.
We have asked Yeida to install a warning board in leading places.” The officer added that Most of them fall for advertisements like that are not locals.
“They rush to pay the number of orders, thinking they will lose the opportunity.
We have shared active online page details with the cyber team.
They will take further action,” Singh said.
A man whose agency floated like that identified himself as Manoj Sharma.
“I’m not sure what creative AD has posted by my team.
We are a secondary market player and offer plots that have been allocated by authority to people in the past,” he said.
