Greater Noida: The authority of the construction of the Great Noida Industry (Gnida) on Monday launched a commercial plot scheme for malls and shopping complexes in various sectors.
Some areas where this plot is offered including sectors 10, PI 1, and TechZone 7 and 12.
Plots range from 2,500 to 12,000 square meters and are offered at four times away (floor area ratio) for Rs 60,000 to RS.

Applications for schemes can be submitted on the Gnida website until 12 November and the final offer will be opened on November 23, officials said.
Naveen Kumar Singh, responsible for the Commercial Department, Gnida, said, “We have launched 11 commercial plots for those who plan to establish upscale malls and shopping complexes in Greater Noida.
We feel that in line with the increasing industrial and commercial activities, demand will New business companies also increase in Greater Noida.
“According to Narendra Bhoooshan, CEO of Gnida, the Allottes will be given possession of plots within a month from the date of allotment.
“There is no barrier to this plot.
Allottee will be able to start and complete their project on time,” he said.
All required documents are related to the scheme, including the application form, can be downloaded from the site www.greafreheavauthority.in and SBI https://etender.sbi starting October 18 to November 8.
