He always visited Memorial Gandhi during his visit to foreign land.
In September 2014, when Modi visited the United States for the first time after taking over as prime minister, he offered a flower tribute to Mahatma Gandhi in Washington DC.
Once again in 2014, when Modi went to Australia in November, he launched the Statue of Mahatma Gandhi in Brisbane.
