Lucknow: Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised the Chief of Yogi Minister Adyityath on Tuesday for a good execution of Covid-19 vaccination drives in the state and said the government had actually followed the mantra ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vaccine, a free vaccine.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that more than 8 doses of Crore vaccines have been administered so far, which is the highest in this country.
The first dose has been given to more than 7 Lakh 42 Crore recipients while more than 1 Crore 51 lakh have been given at doses and fully vaccinated.
UP also has a record to vaccinate the maximum number of people in one day, leaving states like Maharashtra, Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal and many others.
PM was also welcomed to do most Covid tests and said the severe second wave was carried over control because the Yogi government strictly followed the Triple T strategy (trail, test and treat) in addition to vaccination.
