PM has not reply to my letter to Caste Census: Bihar CM

Patna: Repeating his request for the caste-based census in the country, Minister of Justice (CM) Nitish Kumar said on Monday that PM Narendra Modi had not responded to his letter about this issue.
“The letter written by me was received by PMO in August.
However, the answer hasn’t arrived yet,” Nitish told MediodPersons here.
Nitish had previously been written to PM seeking his appointment so that the Bihar delegation from the Mola All-Party could meet him to discuss the problem of caste-based census.
“This is our strong desire that the headcount is held wisely during the census.
After the caste-based census is held, data on certain castees will be available.
The benefits of the development scheme will then be available for all.
Caste-based census is for the benefit of all caste and social groups,” said Nitish.
He added a request for the caste census driven by social problems, not politics.
“Now depends on the center.
This problem is now being discussed in many other states,” CM said.
The central proposal to hold a caste census only for SCS and STS has triggered protests in various countries, including in Bihar, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh politically.
The center has told the previous month’s parliament that the number of employees was only scheduled mattresses and scheduled tribes proposed.
At Bihar, JD is in power and RJD opposition is on the same page about this problem.
Asked whether the Bihar government will hold its own caste-based census if there is no positive response from PM, Nitish said, “for this, we will hold talks with all political parties and other stakeholders.
The census is carried out for the entire country at the same time.
Previously, The Karnataka government has held a separate caste census.
It would be better if the caste census was held by the center throughout the country.
If a separate caste census is needed at Bihar, we will hold talks with all stakeholders.
But I have not said anything about holding a separate caste census in Bihar.
Our request is that the caste census is held throughout the country.
“Nitish said the last caste census in the country was held in 1931.” It must be held at least once again so that people can know the right population of various castees.
It is all interests.
It is necessary to develop all keloms Social PAC, “Nitish said.
There is no factionalism in JD (U): Minister of Nitishchief Nith Kumar on Monday said there was no factionism in the powerful (U).
“There was no dispute about the increase in Rajiv Ranjan Singh aka Lalan Singh as president of the party,” Nitish said.
Reacting to the controversy of the poster at the party, he said, “Some people have a hobby of getting something published somewhere, but such people are not really aware of the party’s function.
In December, I have said that I want to give responsibility replied the party to RCP Singh.
Everyone welcomed him.
RCP then began working as a party president.
When RCP became an alone minister, he said it would be better if he took over the accusation of the party’s president.
Lalan is a very senior man.
He has been at a party since Age of the Samata Party, “Nitish said.
