New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday night visit the Banaras train station and checked key development in Varanasi.
There he said it was the government’s efforts to create the best infrastructure for the holy city and the central government worked to improve train connectivity and ensure a clean, modern and passenger-friendly train station.
PM Modi was accompanied by the minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath during a visit.
“The key development inspection works in Kashi.
This is our effort to create the best infrastructure for this holy city,” Tweeted PM Modi at 12:52 Tuesday morning.

While today, around 3:30 p.m., PM Modi will attend the 98th birthday celebration of Sadguru Sadafaldeo Vihangam Yog Sansthan at Mahamandir Swarved.
The Prime Minister will also participate in the Konprophy of Assam’s main ministers, Arunachal Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, along with Deputy CMS from Bihar and Nagaland.
