Mumbai: Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut on Sunday said PM Narendra Modi should not call himself ‘Fakir’ who now bought a new Mercedes “RS12-Crore” car.
In his weekly column ‘Rokthok’ at Mouthpiece Sena ‘Saamna’, Raut piled praise at the former PM Jawaharlal Nehru because he always used an Indian-made car.
“Prime Minister Modi, who called himself a fake and pretend to be a Pradhan Sevak, bought a homemade car.
The security of the prime minister, comfort and other things is important, but then PM should not repeat that he is a fake,” Rau said.
The Raut also praised the courage of PM Indira Gandhi because he did not replace his security guards despite a threat to his life, adding, “he [Modi] should not do this but he did it.
PM Modi RS 12-Crore Bulletproof, the anti-bomb car was important.”
