New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday praised Ravi Dahiya’s wrestlers for winning the silver medal at the Olympics and said the enthusiasm and perseverance of fighting was extraordinary.
Dahiya became only the second Indian wrestler to win the silver medal at the Olympics after he lost the 57kg men’s freestyle title, Clash 4-7 to rule the world champion Zavur Uguev in Tokyo.
