PM Modi also launched the Indian sign language dictionary (audio and text embedded video language sign language for hearing loss, in accordance with universal design learning), book talks (audiobooks for blind), quality assurance and framework of CBSE assessment, Nishtha teacher training program for portal Nipun Bharat and Vidyanjali (to facilitate the volunteer of education / donors / contributors to CSR for school development).

The theme ‘Shikshak PARV-2021’ is “Quality and Sustainable School: Learning from school in India”.
His celebration will encourage innovative practices to ensure not only educational continuity at all levels but to improve quality, inclusive practices and sustainability in schools throughout the country as well.
