New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday spoke with the grandson of BJP leader who was sick of Kalyan Singh to ask about his health, and said many people across the country prayed for his fast recovery.
In a tweet, Modi also remembered his long relationship with former Minister of Uttar Pradesh.
“I really touched to find out that during his conversation with @jpnadda ji, Kalyan Singh Ji considered me.
I also had a lot of memories of my interaction with Kalyan Singh Ji.
Some of the memories returned to life.
Speaking with him always learning experience,” he said.
Nadda, accompanied by the Head of Yogi Adityanath Minister and other BJP leaders, had visited Lucknow Hospital to meet Singh, aged 89 years on Thursday night.
