New Delhi: In a big boost for a direct approach to the government, the Modi Government plans to bind young professionals, seek suggestions from retirement officials and utilize the best technology for project monitoring, besides various other steps to be supervised by eight different groups consisting of members of members All council ministers, said sources.
77 The minister has been divided into eight groups to develop technology-based resources, creating a professional pool to recruit in their team and other similar initiatives to be adopted in all ministerial offices to bring more transparency and further improvement and efficiency of the MOD government, said the source.

Group formation is another step in that direction, widely focused on the overall increase in governance by making ministers more direct approaches, said sources.
All 77 ministers at the council were part of one of these eight groups, each of which consisted of nine to ten ministers with one union minister appointed as a group coordinator, said source.
Developing a portal at the office of each minister who provides updates about the performance of the scheme and central lead policy, the dashboard for monitoring decisions made by each minister and system to schedule meetings and manage correspondence among tasks assigned to these groups .
They have also been asked to create profiles of all districts, states, and ministries and develop stakeholder involvement programs.
One group has been assigned to regulate the mechanism to create a team of at least three young professionals with orders for other study, communication and other fields, said source.
Likewise, a group has been assigned to create a portal that maintains the feedback and experience of retired employees, said the source.
Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri, Narendra Singh Tomar, Piyush Goyal, Dharmendra Pradhan, Irani, Anurag Thakur is among the ministers who are the coordinator of each group, the sources said.
They have been given this responsibility so they can share good practices from their respective offices with other cabinet colleagues.
Most ministers who have given a presentation during Shivir Chintan have been given the responsibility to coordinate their respective groups.
